When you request a quote by form, phone, text, or email, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the work you need. We use it to respond to your request, schedule work, and communicate about your project. We do not sell or rent this information.
Information Collected Automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and whether you tapped our phone number or “text us” button. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data according to Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Our web host also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and performance.
Text Messages
If you text us or ask us to text you, we’ll use your number to communicate about your quote and your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us.
Who We Share It With
- Service providers that help us run the business — our web host, form and email providers, business texting platform, and payment processor — only as needed to provide those services
